As Supv, Transportation in Bonifacio Global City-Taguig, Philippines, you will be the primary leader for transportation systems maintenance, supporting seamless product movement from suppliers to warehouses and customers. This full-time role within Cardinal Health's Operations team focuses on TMS configuration, team supervision, and process optimization. You will drive operational excellence by aligning technology with logistics processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs, KPIs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic healthcare supply chain environment.
Your day-to-day impact will include managing TMS activities like customer account setup and route maintenance, serving as a subject matter expert for transportation systems and projects from design to execution. Supervise daily operations with timely delivery updates and issue resolution, while developing KPIs and incentive programs to boost team performance. Streamline reporting through automation, monitor courier performance, collaborate cross-functionally with IT, finance, and stakeholders, conduct team meetings and training, and lead root cause analysis for systemic improvements. Additional duties encompass ad-hoc reporting, audits, business continuity planning, and maintaining SOPs and documentation.
Lead through coaching, feedback, and performance management, promoting accountability, adaptability, and innovation. Foster collaboration and clear communication to align with business goals.
Ensure data accuracy in systems, automate processes to reduce manual work, and track metrics like on-time delivery and service failures.
