Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll wear multiple hats to propel PepsiCo's pep+ agenda forward:

• Partner with FP&A to optimize pep+ glidepaths for annual operating plan (AOP) submissions, validating project financial data for accuracy.
• Facilitate long-term pep+ goal development from regional glidepaths, coordinating with global sustainability pillar leaders.
• Support regional CAPEX submissions, crafting executive summaries for Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) approvals in monthly Corporate CAPEX Committee meetings.
• Drive adoption of the Future+ tool, building analytics capabilities for optimal pep+ investments across teams.
• Coordinate with Design to Value and Sustainable from the Start teams to input and track projects, maximizing value in growth, sustainability, and cost.
• Provide ad hoc pep+ project evaluations for corporate functions and business units.
• Offer thought partnership to senior executives on critical topics, leading projects with clear scope, goals, and success criteria.
• Serve as the financial analytics expert, leveraging logical thinking, creativity, and AI for fact-based insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Sustainability Investments Manager at PepsiCo, candidates should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, investment management, corporate finance, or sustainability consulting.
• Proven expertise in FP&A, CAPEX processes, and financial modeling, with familiarity in sustainability metrics.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, AI-driven platforms) and project management software.
• Excellent communication and influence skills to engage executives and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in high-stakes projects, with a track record of driving impact at the finance-sustainability intersection.
