Role Overview

The SVP and General Manager (GM) of ICR/GPS reports directly to Gilead's Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and leads a dynamic region spanning over 150 countries, including Asia (Japan, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia), Latin America, Middle East, Turkey, Russia, and GPS geographies in Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe. This $3B revenue-generating powerhouse employs over 1,400 dedicated professionals.

Organization & People Leadership

Build a cohesive, engaging culture across geographically dispersed teams. Foster operational accountability, effective structures, and key relationships internally and externally. Drive alignment within the commercial organization to enable seamless partnerships.

Distributor Management

Lead strategic and tactical distributor oversight, implementing market access strategies. Ensure high collaboration with Commercial, Finance, and Manufacturing teams for optimal execution.

Collaborate with governments, public health agencies, and stakeholders in high-priority countries. Identify access barriers, craft health economics-based value propositions, and launch educational programs to enhance affordability and availability of Gilead therapies.
