  • Work with the Transportation department to determine the best options for delivery windows, prospective night drop locations, and communicating customer concerns.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies by balancing work week, limiting same-day/off-day deliveries, assessing back orders, reducing deliveries, and increasing order size.
  • Liaise with Connect and communicate with customers regarding items such as product credit, special orders, etc.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for account management, including managing tasks, communicating across the selling team, and ensuring customer data is accurate.
  • Skillfully navigate challenging conversations with internal and external stakeholders; responsible for appropriate escalation as needed.
