  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, revenue management, and other teams.
  • Serve as a category expert, providing training, product information, and market guidance to internal and external customers.
  • Align with Strategic Supply Management Group (SSMG) teams to execute strategies.
  • Identify business development opportunities and coordinate with sales teams to propose new business.
  • Ensure compliance with SSMG standard assortment and identify ongoing assortment-related opportunities.
  • Analyze data and market insights to understand consumer needs and wants.
  • Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing strategies.
  • Manage site-specific market cost decisions on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with regional revenue management director to provide customer-specific pricing for key regional customers.
  • Communicate with corporate-led beef replenishment teams about products and strategies.
