As the Chef d'équipe préparation, your day will be dynamic and multifaceted. This includes implementing Sysco's preparation and loading methods, meticulously controlling preparation documents to guarantee optimal customer service, and organizing both human and material resources to maximize efficiency. A significant part of your day will involve ensuring strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations, as well as adhering to ISO 22000 standards. You will be working the night shift (17h00 / 01h00), coordinating closely with other departments to facilitate timely order fulfillment. Furthermore, you will motivate and train your team members to consistently achieve performance goals, proactively identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and safety within the work environment.
