You'll start by addressing incoming calls and emails from Territory Managers, providing them with essential information such as ETAs, customer history, and order tracking details. You'll process orders, manage invoices, and handle credits/returns efficiently. You'll also spend time updating vendor drop ship orders, managing backorders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to excel in customer service.
While the position is remote for the East Coast territory, it reports to Grove City, Ohio. Grove City offers a blend of small-town charm and big-city amenities.
