  • Lead 3 - 5 low to medium complexity projects, or 1 - 2 high complexity projects, to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Own all aspects of projects to deliver approved business functionality to Sysco.
  • Define scope, delivery approach, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and budget in partnership with the Project Sponsor.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders (internal and external) and dependent projects to develop detailed project schedules.
  • Define project activities and phases, critical gates/milestones, and duration estimates; monitor and revise schedules as necessary.
  • Monitor and control multiple aspects of approved projects throughout the lifecycle, including change request, issue, and risk management, and status reporting.
  • Manage project budget, including purchases and contracts, and monthly spend and resource forecasting.
  • Assist in obtaining cost and overhead estimates and develop project budgets based on the business case.
  • Address remediation of low-level risks, issues, or requests for scope change; escalate to senior team members when needed.
  • Implement responses to risks and issues within areas of responsibility, following established change control processes, and record issues/resolutions.
  • Facilitate requisitions, create purchase requests, and onboard third-party resources to specific projects.

  • Establish and agree upon quality indicators for processes and outputs, aligning with relevant stakeholders and referencing the business case.
