Diesel Fleet Mechanic Technician III - Sysco Southeast Florida

Role Overview

As a Diesel Fleet Mechanic Technician III at Sysco Southeast Florida, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency of our fleet vehicles. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced technician who can perform quality preventive maintenance inspections and repairs, as well as diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues. You will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and other equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.

  • Performing required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
  • Conducting FAI/CVI (Annual) inspections on all fleet vehicles.
