Financial Accountant (12 Month Contract) - Cork, Ireland

Role Overview

As a Financial Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Financial Controller and achieving business and strategic objectives. You will be responsible for a wide range of financial operations, including managing day-to-day activities in the bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable departments. You'll also oversee customs import/outbound declarations, ensure timely delivery of the general ledger and sub-ledger close, and assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you prepare margin analysis, support the Supply Chain Department with data accuracy, and collaborate with the Commercial Department to provide sales reporting and data-driven KPIs.
