Sysco Baraboo and Minocqua are seeking dependable and skilled CDL A Local Delivery Truck Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a tractor-trailer, delivering a variety of products to our valued customers. This position is more than just driving; it's about building relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring our customers receive the products they need, when they need them.
Imagine starting your day by inspecting your assigned tractor-trailer, ensuring it's in top condition for the day's deliveries. You'll then review your route schedule, load your truck with the necessary products – from fresh produce and meats to frozen goods and dry supplies – and head out to your first customer location. At each stop, you'll manually unload the products, often using a hand truck or cart, and deliver them to the designated area. You’ll interact with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have. Throughout the day, you'll maintain accurate delivery records and adhere to all safety regulations. Most of our Driver Trainees enjoy daily routes and are home nightly, providing a great work-life balance.

You must be 21+ years of age, pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen, hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record, be able to read and speak English, and be able to lift, push, or move up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
You will be delivering a variety of products, including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies.
Most Driver Trainees have daily routes and are home nightly. However, flexibility is required, as overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.
