A Day in the Life

In this role, you will be involved in a variety of HR activities, including:

• Assisting the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Managing disciplinary procedures, working closely with managers and legal counsel.
• Supporting operational staff through change management initiatives.
• Participating in recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
• Assisting managers in developing and implementing employee integration plans.
