  • Identify missed collections and promptly notify Credit Services.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety protocols for returned products and coordinate with Food Safety personnel for any issues.
  • Ensure all delivery exceptions are accurately noted on the invoice and/or delivery exception report.
  • Inspect returned products to determine their suitability for restocking or to assess customer credit eligibility.
  • Decide and adjust the appropriate reason code on invoices to ensure efficient processing.
