  • Administer transitional return to work programs to support employee recovery.
  • Manage leave administration in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely OSHA reporting.
  • Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition in executing recruitment and staffing plans.
  • Assist the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) in driving an inclusive and diverse culture.

  • Provide technical, customer relations, and general support for major HR initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain and track compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Track data and consolidate responses as requested, following up with others to obtain information and identify insights.
