Role Overview

As a Chargé(e) Ressources Humaines, you will serve as a key HR business partner, providing comprehensive HR support to our administrative functions. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (CDD) covering an internal promotion, offering an excellent chance to contribute to a thriving organization. You will be the primary point of contact for managers within your assigned scope, offering guidance and tools to achieve company objectives. A Day in the Life

  • Advising and Guiding: Support operational managers through organizational changes, providing daily guidance to manage team performance, enhance employee engagement, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Addressing Inquiries: Respond to and track requests from operational teams, managers, and executive committee members across various HR domains, including labor law, training, recruitment, career management, and HR metrics.
  • International Collaboration: Support the growth of Sysco France within the broader international BU, collaborating with international counterparts to foster a multicultural and multi-site approach.
  • Recruitment Support: Participate in the recruitment process in collaboration with the recruitment CSP, proactively promoting internal mobility and ensuring successful integration of new hires.
  • Legal and Employee Relations: Manage disciplinary procedures, advise managers on individual employee relations matters, and assist the HR Manager in social relations, including CSE/CSSCT preparation and action plan follow-up.
