As a vital member of our Sysco To Go (Division of USA I) cash and carry location, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient store operations, maintaining product availability, and reducing shrink.
As a Part-Time Merchandise Experience Colleague, your primary responsibility is to keep the store shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You'll work closely with the merchandise leads and backroom coordinators to prioritize stocking based on store needs and customer demand. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that all products are properly rotated using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
In addition to stocking and organizing merchandise, you'll also play a key role in providing excellent customer service. You'll be expected to greet customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor, answer their questions about products and promotions, and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs. You'll also be responsible for handling customer complaints and escalating them to management when necessary.
