Role Overview

As a Retail Field Merchandiser with FreshPoint Maui (a Sysco company), you will be the face of our company within retail locations in Kahului, Hawaii. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring our products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and readily available to consumers. A Day in the Life

Your day begins with a review of your schedule and priorities. You'll then travel to your assigned retail locations in Kahului. Once there, you will:

• Check product inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock.
• Stock shelves and displays according to customer schematics and FreshPoint standards.
• Remove any expired or damaged products.
• Optimize product placement to maximize visibility and sales.
• Build relationships with store employees and managers, addressing any concerns and collaborating on product displays.
• Monitor competitor activity and report findings.
• Record inventory levels, hours worked, and complete online surveys.

Throughout the day, you will be on your feet, lifting and moving products (up to 50 pounds). You'll need to be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with store personnel and report your findings.
