  • Review daily out of stocks, shortages, transportation issues, and implement solutions quickly to minimize disruptions.

  • Participate in Sysco Specialty Meat Group (SSMG) training and customer events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Update bid files, customer profiles, and customer call sheets to ensure proper pricing and accuracy of needed items, thus reducing costly credits and returns.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive dynamics.
