The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead - Identity Lifecycle Management to join our team in Sri Lanka. In this role, you will be a key technical contributor in the design, customization, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) hosted in AWS. You will focus on building and enhancing identity lifecycle processes, developing custom integrations, and supporting complex IAM initiatives across platforms such as Workday, Azure Active Directory, and Salesforce. This is an individual contributor role that requires a hands-on developer with a strong sense of ownership.

Role Overview

As the Senior Technical Lead, you will lead a technical IAM development team while also contributing hands-on. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within SailPoint IIQ to meet the specific needs of the business. This includes creating custom rules, workflows, policies, and connectors. You will also be responsible for integrating SailPoint IIQ with other enterprise applications and systems, such as Workday, Azure AD, and Salesforce, using APIs and custom connectors.

In addition to development responsibilities, you will also provide technical leadership and guidance to the IAM development team. This includes mentoring junior developers, performing code reviews, and ensuring code quality. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
