  • Supervise the daily work and safety of Delivery Associates
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Ensure adherence to planned routes
  • Provide safe and efficient customer service
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies (i.e., DOT, OSHA, etc.)
  • Ensure that electronic logs are kept current and accurate
