TA Lead (Smart Infrastructure)

Scope: TA Partner acts as the Business Partner to the assigned organization addressing business needs and delivering E2E-recruiting activity incl. sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring active and passive candidates for core business roles. Develops, proposes and/or implements (TA) policies, methods, processes, or programs, and advises managers and employees accordingly. This position leads a team of recruiters on contract roles.

Stakeholder details i.e. Business leaders, P&O community (People & Organization - HR) & Hiring Managers

Areas of responsibilities:

Ensures adherence to defined TA guidelines, processes, and procedures, systems & tools and ensures achievement of agreed performance standards.
Supports development and implements recruiting standards in order to ensure effective staffing in the organization.
Partner with P&O operations and P&O business partners or line management in related matters.
Support plans and executes projects/initiatives to improve recruiting processes.
Drive recruiting specific transactions such as intake meetings, assessments & P&O interviews for applications in process, active sourcing for roles, offer & negotiation, workflows, candidate engagement etc.
Responds to routine/non routine inquiries from hiring managers & applicants on operational and at escalation level.
Ensure effective usage of the standard global IT landscape to efficiently execute recruiting administration.
Acts as first point of escalation to solve operational or procedural issues.
Drive operational processes, and lead the team assigned
Publish weekly and monthly TA related reports, data and analytics
Proactive sourcing and management of candidate pools
Use market intelligence and knowledge of channels and talent pools to identify hard to find passive candidates.
Successfully sell Siemens as an employer of choice, so candidates express firm interest in organization.
Builds relationships with passive candidates so that they remain engaged and interested in Siemens
Keeps up to date on the latest techniques and developments in sourcing (including online and offline methods), and actively demonstrates this in practice
Assessment and selection of candidates
Build engaging relationships with all stakeholders through trust, teamwork and direct communication
Use facts, knowledge, experience and critical reasoning to develop solutions with the stakeholder
Analyses metrics & KPI’s to make recommendations.
Maintain an advanced knowledge of key industry and organizational metrics
 
Supports the day 1 onboarding process of new hires.

You bring:

10 – 12 years of end to end Talent acquisition experience
Independent, self-motivated, with strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience in using applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in a matrix organization.


This role is based in Airoli (Navi Mumbai). You’ll also get to visit other locations in India and beyond, so you’ll need to go where this journey takes you. In return, you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the craft of things to come.
