Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Workforce Planning

Support the design and implementation of Strategic Workforce Planning to anticipate talent needs, assess capability gaps, and align with business objectives. Track key trends in hiring, onboarding, development, and retention across demographics, including frontline, mid-management, senior leadership, and female talent. Partner with the TM Lead in People Planning and Succession Planning discussions with HRBPs. Identify high-potential talent and craft personalized development journeys featuring stretch assignments and leadership connects. Leverage people analytics to highlight talent risks and drive data-informed decisions, incorporating insights from LEAD, 360, and MPW tools.

Learning & Development

Lead the design, implementation, and tracking of the Business Unit (BU) Learning Strategy. Spearhead the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process to create segmented learning plans for frontline staff, management, and leadership. Consolidate functional training needs into an annual agenda aligned with capability priorities. Design and deliver local interventions, including leadership, behavioral, and functional programs, while partnering with regional teams for global program standardization. Innovate with digital tools, microlearning, and blended solutions to enhance learning effectiveness. Govern capability interventions to address developmental opportunities and support strategic talent priorities.

Culture & Wellbeing

Champion innovative, agile interventions tailored to cultural and behavioral business needs. Drive the BU inclusion for growth agenda and employer brand strategy, including the employee value proposition. Analyze insights from tools like Organization Health Survey and ECI to develop actionable plans. Collaborate with OHS Champions and HRBPs on BU-level actions, embedding change management and communication to promote wellbeing and inclusion.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a relevant discipline. A minimum of 5-6 years of HR experience is required, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Talent Management, HR generalist roles, or previous talent-focused positions.
