The Talent Management Associate Manager role at PepsiCo UK is a pivotal position within the HR team, based in the new Reading head office. This role is accountable for implementing and executing the Operating Unit's talent management agenda, deploying standardized processes from the Talent Management Chapters. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and functional leaders, you will ensure effective talent processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, and capability development align with business priorities. As a contributor to the Talent Management Chapter, you will provide strategic input to ensure initiatives are consistent across international markets while tailored to UK and regional needs.
In this dynamic role, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of Talent Management and Learning & Development (L&D) processes and tools. Partnering with the Talent Management Senior Manager and UK HRBPs, you will align plans with PepsiCo's strategic objectives. Serve as a thought partner to business leaders, using analytics and workforce insights to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. Key duties include managing succession planning, talent reviews, development planning, and leadership assessments; monitoring progress and providing updates to stakeholders; coaching leaders to build high-performing teams with elevated emotional intelligence (EQ); facilitating global initiatives like Super 5, FASE Model, FAST model, and Insights; partnering with external providers and the Global Capability Centre (GCC) on talent analytics; and identifying opportunities to simplify processes for better employee experience and productivity.
Work hand-in-hand with senior stakeholders to elevate visibility of top talent and inform data-driven decisions that shape PepsiCo's future workforce.
To succeed, you need proven experience in Talent Management or L&D across diverse programs and strategies. Assess organizational needs, define strategies to build capabilities, and address gaps through succession planning, career development, and learning processes. Facilitate programs and discussions at all levels, challenge senior leaders constructively, and communicate effectively in complex environments. High digital fluency with HR tech platforms and talent analytics is essential, alongside strategic thinking, project management, coaching skills, and proficiency in English. Networking across stakeholders and influencing executives are key.
