Role Overview

As a Tax Analyst at PepsiCo in Azcapotzalco, Ciudad de México, you will specialize in payroll taxes (ISR por Sueldos y Salarios) for Mexico and Latin America. This full-time role ensures national Impuesto Sobre Nóminas compliance, aligning with current regulations, policies, procedures, controls, and our Code of Ethics. You will play a critical role in accurate tax calculations, payments, and projections, supporting PepsiCo's financial integrity across the region. Key Responsibilities

Your impact as a Tax Analyst will include:

  • Executing and validating correct calculations of payroll tax bases and derived taxes.
  • Administering and controlling accounting records for provisions and expenses.
  • Applying monthly and annual payments on various local and federal authority platforms.
  • Preparing financial projections such as AOP, FCST, and CF.
  • Guaranteeing full compliance with applicable tax norms in Mexico and LATAM.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with:

  • A Certified Accountant degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll taxes, preferably from Big4 firms.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite and high-volume database management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mexican and LATAM tax legislation (ISR, ISN, CF, LH, CT).
  • Experience with SAP HCM and FI/CO modules preferred.
