Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Lead and mentor a regional team of 5+ recruiting coordinators, maintaining exceptional service levels for internal stakeholders and candidates while personally scheduling interviews when needed.
• Optimize recruiting operations by driving consistency, efficiency, and scalability across EMEA hiring processes.
• Develop talent through performance feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities for direct reports.
• Enhance hiring technology by recommending and implementing improvements to Greenhouse ATS workflows for both candidates and internal partners.
• Collaborate on tools with Recruiting Coordination leadership to improve scheduling systems for load balancing, monitoring, and equitable request distribution.
• Drive change management confidently, always prioritizing business needs in a fast-scaling environment.
• Lead cross-functional projects by facilitating communication, planning, and execution across recruiting and stakeholder teams.
• Leverage data analytics to define success metrics, generate insights, and recommend strategic decisions to leadership.
• Support sensitive hires by dedicating up to 20% of time to scheduling for leadership and critical roles based on bandwidth.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Team Lead, Recruiting Coordination at Datadog, you'll bring:

• 5+ years of business experience, including 2+ years in recruiting/HR operations, coordination, or talent acquisition.
