  • Conducting deep data analytics to identify issue trends across sites, IT/OT systems, SAP, and legacy manufacturing integrations using incidents, performance tools, and logs.
  • Proposing enhancements that enhance design robustness, remove breakpoints, and align with the manufacturing roadmap to unlock business capabilities.
  • Designing, developing, and piloting minor enhancements for MSA contractor deployment across sites.
  • Managing all techno-functional legacy team enhancements, including timelines, business communications, and requirement documentation.
  • Supporting cross-functional programs like SAP improvements while maintaining roadmap alignment.
  • Leading root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and ensuring action implementation.
  • Maintaining SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, security patching, and operational controls.
  • Participating in operational reviews to highlight performance trends and opportunities.
  • Engaging plant operators, site leaders, and SMEs for timely issue resolution.
  • Driving continuous improvement through automation and process optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates need a blend of technical expertise and business acumen:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years in IT operations or application support within manufacturing or plant environments.
  • Hands-on experience with MES, GE Proficy, Wonderware, RTIME, or similar systems; familiarity with SAP, packaging, and quality integrations preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for logs, metrics, interfaces; basic SQL/database knowledge.
