Role Overview

The Technical Brand Stewardship Documentation Manager position at PepsiCo in Valhalla, New York, is a pivotal leadership role focused on managing the delivery of all formula documentation within the current specification system (FSS) and supporting the transition to the upcoming PLM system. Review and approve formulas to guarantee accuracy and compliance. Foster cross-functional relationships with PGCS, R&D, and other partners, while facilitating meetings with key system users. Troubleshoot routing issues, identify efficiency opportunities, submit change requests, and conduct UAT testing for system enhancements. Mentor talent to ensure timely, accurate task completion, and train on system calculations and dependencies.

Leadership and Innovation Focus

Qualifications & Requirements

Demonstrate commanding knowledge of FSS and PepsiCo documentation systems, strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and experimental design skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, high organization, self-motivation, teamwork, and leadership are critical.
