Lead cloud-based application onboarding and deployments, while refining standardized release processes. Develop and implement cloud migration strategies, encompassing re-hosting, re-platforming, and performance optimization.
Monitor key metrics, milestones, and outcomes, delivering insightful reports to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering. Deep technical proficiency in managing digital applications and third-party integrations is essential, alongside a solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Expertise in authentication, authorization, vulnerability management, testing processes, and the full testing lifecycle is required.
Proven track record in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), manufacturing IT systems, agile methodologies, and executive stakeholder management. Familiarity with PepsiCo's tech stack or similar F&B industry applications is a plus.
