We are looking for an Apprentice for the Solution Application Center in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings area who will be trained as Technical field support.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps

Your Challenge

As Technical field support some of your main activities will be:

• Learn the fundamentals of safety and security systems in the building domain
• Support for technicians during their field activities
• Find solutions in new integration third party in our supervisor system
• Define demo system for internal colleagues in our products
• Learn network solution and configuration
• Interact with HQ for support request escalation

Required entry qualifications:

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
• You have a technical academical background (Diploma or ITS)
• Conoscenza di Windows, Windows server as a plus
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
• Eligibility to work in Italy
