  • Designing end-to-end experiences with course architecture, assessments, applied exercises, and scenario-based learning aligned to cybersecurity use cases.
  • Collaborating with highly technical SMEs to extract knowledge, validate accuracy, and ensure practical relevance.
  • Guiding course writers and developers using instructional frameworks, while designing for multiple modalities including workshops and blended programs.
  • Applying adult learning principles and iterating based on feedback, field insights, and evolving priorities using tools like Google Workspace and AI-assisted design.

  • Experience with multi-delivery modalities and excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder skills.
  • Capacity to operate from high-level objectives and deliver scalable solutions.

Bonus points for technical acumen, prior sales engineering experience, SaaS/cybersecurity background, applied learning design (labs/simulations), and familiarity with platforms like Highspot, Docebo, or Articulate.
