Role Overview

The Technical Marketing Manager for Secure AI Platform is a hands-on, individual contributor role that blends deep technical expertise in AI security with dynamic marketing execution. Reporting to the Head of AI Security Product Marketing, you'll serve as the technical voice for the team, crafting compelling demonstrations, technical content, and enablement assets to drive customer adoption. This position highlights CrowdStrike's differentiation in protecting the complete AI lifecycle and attack surface across endpoints, applications, SaaS, identities, cloud workloads, and emerging prompt and agent interaction layers. Bridge product capabilities with market narratives to ensure messaging is technically precise and competitively superior. Tackle threats like shadow AI, prompt injection, data poisoning, model theft, and agentic tool chain attacks while staying ahead of evolving AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in go-to-market strategies for CrowdStrike's Secure AI Platform. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering compelling demonstrations aligned to GTM motions, use cases, and threats across the AI lifecycle.
• Building technical workshops, whitepapers, and best practice guides to accelerate adoption and showcase differentiation in securing AI apps, models, and infrastructure.
• Creating thought leadership content such as blogs, webinars, technical articles, and conference presentations that highlight CrowdStrike Falcon platform innovations.
• Providing technical expertise for platform positioning, messaging on AI security threats, attack vectors, and capabilities.
• Supporting launch planning with technical readiness, demo availability, and field enablement for new AI security features.
• Collaborating with Sales Engineering and Enablement to craft technical sales plays and training materials.
• Representing CrowdStrike at industry events as a subject matter expert, demonstrating capabilities and engaging technical audiences.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need:

• 5+ years of cybersecurity or AI/ML experience in technical marketing, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record creating and delivering complex technical demos, workshops, and enablement content for security solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical value to diverse audiences, from AI developers to CISOs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects across product teams.

Ideal candidates possess deep understanding of AI concepts like LLM inference pipelines, Model Context Protocol (MCP), RAG architectures, vector databases, and agentic architectures, plus domain knowledge of AI security threats including prompt injection, jailbreaking, data poisoning, model theft, and AI supply chain security.
