  • Supporting roadmap design and discovery for the PIM solution alongside Global Commercialization and Supply Chain teams to secure local buy-in and seamless market rollout.
  • Capturing requirements from local stakeholders and representing international markets in global product forums.
  • Driving adoption through targeted trainings, feature announcements, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Owning troubleshooting and maintenance, identifying root causes, and escalating to engineering when necessary.
  • Assisting in integrating supply chain programs into broader PepsiCo initiatives while scouting new automation opportunities.
  • Mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and evangelizing products as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years as a technical product manager, with supply chain or commercialization experience highly valued.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, EDI systems (X12, EDIFACT), middleware, and API workflows.
