The Technical Product Marketing Manager - Cybersecurity role at Canonical is a hands-on position blending deep technical insight with strategic marketing prowess. Based remotely in the EMEA region, you'll spearhead go-to-market plans for Canonical's global security and compliance portfolio. This multidisciplinary role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineering, and security experts to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and growth. Monitor the competitive cybersecurity landscape and emerging trends to identify product differentiators and key value drivers, ensuring Canonical stays ahead in open source security.
Partner with engineering and product teams to deeply understand roadmaps, technical features, and customer use cases, bridging the gap between development and market needs.
Translate intricate product capabilities into clear, persona-specific messaging for executives, DevSecOps professionals, and platform teams, while owning campaign and content planning.
Leverage analytics and insights to refine demand generation strategies, boosting conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
Collaborate with sales, content, and marketing teams to plan webinars, events, and promotional activities across paid and social media channels.
