The Technical Security Manager role at PepsiCo in Moscow Lianozovo, Russia, is a pivotal position within the Global Security function. Handle stakeholder requests in technical security domains, fostering collaboration with IT, Information Security, Supply Chain, and other teams to integrate secure solutions enterprise-wide.
Formulate unified standards for engineering-technical security across all company enterprises, network/peripheral equipment, and software. Optimize supplier base, establish transparent methodologies for service delivery and payments.
Provide expert support for automation of security control measures, acting as the project office within Security. Automate reporting using Power BI, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and similar tools.
Support investigations, anti-crisis measures, and business continuity planning with digital tools for optimal object protection and personnel accounting. Monitor market trends and liaise with global expertise centers.
