Join Datadog as a Technical Support Engineer 1-2 in Seoul, South Korea and become part of our world-class Technical Solutions team. As Datadog's in-house product experts, you'll enable our global growth by providing exceptional multi-channel technical support, delivering product demos, and ensuring customer success with our cloud monitoring platform. This hybrid role requires 3-5 days per week in our Seoul office, where you'll collaborate with engineers worldwide to solve complex technical challenges.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll dive deep into our 600+ integrations, reproduce issues, and educate customers on maximizing platform value.

Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Multi-Channel Customer Engagement: Handle technical support requests through ticketing systems, live chat, and screensharing sessions while educating clients on Datadog best practices.
• Issue Reproduction & Investigation: Systematically reproduce customer issues and troubleshoot across Datadog's extensive integration ecosystem including AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and more.
• Product Demonstrations: Become demo-certified to lead compelling product walkthroughs showcasing Datadog's monitoring, APM, and security capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share customer insights with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions and feature enhancements.
• Product Specialization: Train as a subject matter expert in key Datadog areas like Infrastructure Monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Log Management, or Synthetic Monitoring.
• Office-Based Hybrid Model: Work 3-5 days per week from our Seoul office, fostering the collaboration and creativity that drives Datadog's innovation.
• Continuous Knowledge Sharing: Document solutions, contribute to knowledge bases, and mentor junior team members.
• Rotating Schedule: Support global customers with flexible availability including weekends as needed.
• Customer Success Focus: Proactively identify upsell opportunities and ensure long-term customer satisfaction with the platform.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Schedule Flexibility: Able to work rotating shifts including weekend coverage for global customer support.
