PSEs engage through multiple channels—phone, chat, tickets, cadence calls, and conferences—ensuring customers maximize Datadog's observability capabilities for cloud-native applications, infrastructure monitoring, and security. Operating in a hybrid model, you'll collaborate 3-5 days per week from our vibrant Sydney office, fostering the relationships and creativity that define #DatadogLife.
