  • Troubleshoot complex issues: Reproduce and resolve technical problems across Datadog's extensive ecosystem of 600+ integrations including AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and more.
  • Create valuable documentation: Develop comprehensive knowledge base articles and technical documentation covering diverse technologies and use cases.
  • Drive product innovation: Identify customer pain points and feature requests during interactions to influence Datadog's product roadmap.
  • Conduct health checks: Lead routine technical review meetings with Premier Customers to optimize their Datadog deployment and observability strategy.
  • Represent Datadog publicly: Participate in demos, presentations, conferences, and customer events as our technical expert.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Hands-on programming experience (Python, Bash preferred) and Linux proficiency
  • Previous Premium/Enterprise technical support experience

  • Proven ability to reproduce complex technical issues across diverse technology stacks
