  • Supporting global customers in a dynamic 24x7 environment with a focus on delighting them.
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalations quickly.
  • Collaborating with Product experts and Engineering to fix bugs or enhance Falcon platform features.
  • Managing time to meet or exceed operational goals while learning new product features.
  • Creating and sharing knowledge articles, contributing to mentoring and training efforts.
  • Working shifts or holidays as needed to support business requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive as a Technical Support Engineer II, you'll need proven experience in a product technical support role for global enterprise customers. Essential qualifications include:

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Analytical thinking and logical troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Hands-on experience diagnosing issues at the application and OS level in Windows, Linux, or Mac environments.
  • Deep understanding of OS fundamentals like user/kernel space, memory management, shared libraries, file/network IO, and Windows registry.
  • Proficiency with debugging tools and techniques in these environments.

Bonus points for specialization in one of these domains:

  • SIEM/SOAR: Experience with log management tools using Kafka/containers, regex, query languages, and relevant certifications.
  • Identity Management: Windows Servers/Active Directory, MFA, Zero Trust, authentication protocols (Kerberos, LDAP, SAML), TCP/IP, Wireshark, and networking devices.
