To thrive as a Technical Support Engineer II, you need proven experience in a product technical support role for global enterprise customers. Essential qualifications include:

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Analytical thinking and logical troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting application and OS-level issues in Windows, Linux, or Mac, including fundamentals like user/kernel space, memory management, shared libraries, file/network IO, and Windows registry.
