The Technical Support Engineer II - EDR role in Bangalore, India, places you at the heart of our highly skilled Customer Support team. You'll work with global CrowdStrike customers, troubleshooting complex issues, identifying root causes, and ensuring they maximize value from their investment in the Falcon platform. This hybrid position in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment demands energy, drive, and a passion for learning new technologies. To thrive as a Technical Support Engineer II - EDR, you need 3-8 years of experience in product technical support for global enterprise customers. Outstanding oral and written communication skills, customer focus, analytical thinking, and logical troubleshooting are essential. Proven expertise in diagnosing issues at the application and OS level in Windows, Linux, or Mac environments is required, including fundamentals like user/kernel space, memory management, shared libraries, file/network IO, and Windows registry.
Strong knowledge of endpoint security concepts, threat detection, incident response, and experience troubleshooting complex EDR incidents are critical. Familiarity with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform or similar EDR/XDR solutions, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and security best practices/compliance is a must.
