Key Responsibilities

  • Operate in a dynamic 24x7 technical environment, demonstrating full ownership of customer concerns—from impact assessment and logical troubleshooting to root cause resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating to resolve escalations swiftly.
  • Partner with Product experts and Engineering to address bugs and enhance Falcon platform features.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet or exceed operational goals while learning cutting-edge technologies.
  • Create and share knowledge articles, contributing to mentoring and training efforts. Shifts and holidays may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive as a Technical Support Engineer II - EDR, you need 3-8 years of experience in product technical support for global enterprise customers. Outstanding oral and written communication skills, customer focus, analytical thinking, and logical troubleshooting are essential. Proven expertise in diagnosing issues at the application and OS level in Windows, Linux, or Mac environments is required, including fundamentals like user/kernel space, memory management, shared libraries, file/network IO, and Windows registry.

Strong knowledge of endpoint security concepts, threat detection, incident response, and experience troubleshooting complex EDR incidents are critical. Familiarity with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform or similar EDR/XDR solutions, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and security best practices/compliance is a must.
