Key Responsibilities

In this position, your primary accountabilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring production line(s) to maximize efficiency and proper material flow.
  • Removing or shifting materials and finished products to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Performing tests with specialized equipment like Carbo QC, HPLC, densitometers, and sensory panels to verify package and product quality.
  • Operating all manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, including deep cleaning and sanitizing blending/filling lines.
  • Maintaining impeccable housekeeping, recording daily test results, and expediting quality concerns to management.

Collaboration with production and maintenance teams ensures seamless operations, while adherence to process guidelines keeps everything running at peak performance.

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

Helpful Experience

  • Product changeovers, CIP processes, flavor changes, and formula settings.
  • Operation and calibration of testing instruments.

  • Sensory testing, basic chemistry (pH, titrators), and food safety practices like AIB certification.
