  • Operating and monitoring production line(s) to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Removing or shifting materials and finished products to ensure smooth flow on the line.
  • Performing routine tests using specialized equipment to verify package and product quality standards.
  • Operating all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely, adhering to all protocols.
  • Cleaning equipment and work areas during and after shifts, including deep sanitization as needed.
  • Maintaining impeccable housekeeping practices to uphold food safety.
  • Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalating quality concerns to management promptly.
  • Collaborating with production and maintenance teams for seamless operations.
  • Accurately recording daily test results and data for compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring regular, reliable, predictable attendance to support 24/7 production needs.
