  • Act as single-threaded owner for major capabilities, accountable for delivery, reliability, cost, and business impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, Security, and Enterprise Technology to build executable roadmaps from business objectives.

  • Drive execution mechanisms like planning, prioritization, metrics, and reviews for predictable delivery and improvement.
  • Build operational excellence with observability, incident management, on-call, and support models.
  • Make data-informed tradeoffs on speed, quality, cost, and risk, communicating clearly to stakeholders.
  • Proactively address challenges like technical debt, scale limits, and integrations before they block progress.
  • Embed privacy-by-design and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CASL) in partnership with Legal and Privacy teams.
  • Manage vendor strategy, negotiating total cost of ownership without compromising capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements
