Key Responsibilities

As a Telephone/PBX Operator, your daily duties focus on exceptional service and operational efficiency:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner per hotel standards.
• Provide clear communication, assist with guest inquiries, reservation changes, and recommendations for hotel amenities or local attractions.
• Deliver welcome calls upon guest check-in and coordinate shuttle or ground transportation reservations.
• Manage radio communications across departments and liaise with housekeeping on room availability and requests.
• Take room service food and beverage orders, input them into POS systems like Micros or Runtriz, and address food allergy concerns with menu knowledge.
• Access and input data in systems including Opera, Open Table, HotSOS, and support emergencies by contacting appropriate personnel.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information and ensure 100% guest satisfaction through personal attention and problem resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements
