The 2D Concept Lead Artist for the Micro-Horror Pre-Research Project at Tencent leads the project's art style and visual presentation, ensuring high-quality game art. 2.与设计团队密切合作，定义项目美术方向，输出高质量的设计并把控设计进度和一致性；
3.负责概念美术的人员管理，制定概念设计规范，带领团队打造记忆点深刻的概念设计；
4.对游戏IP的发展进行长期探索，对游戏联动，运营宣发相关的设计方向进行把控和监督；
5.与上下游以及内外部合作团队紧密协作，保持高效的设计沟通与反馈，激发创意。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project's art style and visual presentation, responsible for game art quality
- Collaborate closely with the design team to define project art direction, output high-quality designs, and control design progress and consistency
- Manage concept art personnel, establish concept design standards, and lead the team in creating memorable concept designs
- Conduct long-term exploration of game IP development, control and supervise design directions for game collaborations, operations, and promotions
- Collaborate closely with upstream/downstream and internal/external teams, maintain efficient design communication and feedback, and inspire creativity

Salary
180,000 - 300,000 CNY / yearly
