3. 负责产品国服的本地化，包括但不限于版本内容规划及投放把控、游戏内外活动策划等。
4. 负责国服的数据和用研工作，基于数据分析提出建议，并对指标波动做出预判并制定应对方案。

1. 5年及以上PC产品完整的发行运营工作经验，射击品类优先；
2. 热爱游戏，对海内外主流PC射击游戏市场和用户有足够的了解；
3. 具备良好的沟通合作能力，有海外合研经验优先；
