The Senior Combat Planner (3C Direction) role on the Micro-Horror Pre-Research Project focuses on designing intuitive and responsive 3C (Camera, Controls, Combat) systems for third-person adventure games. Responsibilities include collaborating with AI, design, art, and programming teams to optimize PVE combat content, weapon effects, and overall gameplay flow. The position emphasizes tackling multi-platform challenges and elevating 3C quality through benchmarking against competitors.

1.负责为第三人称冒险游戏提供直观、响应性强的3C,支持并加强游戏产品的创意方向;
2.对优秀的武器效果/角色操控流畅度/打击感/角色氛围/武器效果等效果落地负责,为角色/武器策划提供工具和效果标杆;
3.与怪物AI设计团队紧密合作,参与设计并优化PVE战斗内容与流程,包括怪物,Boss,NPC等。确保产出高质量,耐玩的游戏体验;
4.主动攻坚多端(手机,主机等)的3C效果,了解同类竞品的设计,独立完成标杆的打造和验证,完成3C品质的升级;
5.与我们的设计、艺术和编程团队密切合作,确保3C 和战斗系统达到质量和性能的最高标准。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide intuitive and responsive 3C for third-person adventure games, supporting and enhancing the game's creative direction.
  • Responsible for implementing excellent weapon effects, character control fluency, impact feedback, character atmosphere, and weapon effects; provide tools and benchmarks for character and weapon planning.
  • Closely collaborate with the monster AI design team to design and optimize PVE combat content and processes, including monsters, bosses, and NPCs, ensuring high-quality and engaging gameplay experiences.
  • Proactively tackle 3C effects across multiple platforms (mobile, console, etc.), understand peer competitor designs, independently create and validate benchmarks, and upgrade 3C quality.
  • Work closely with design, art, and programming teams to ensure 3C and combat systems meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
