📋 Job Overview
The Senior 3D Gun Model Designer for Valorant Mobile will participate in game development, focusing on creating and following up on features and resources to ensure project assets meet specifications and maintain a unified style, ultimately importing them into the engine for optimal quality and smooth operation. Responsibilities include accurately interpreting original artwork to establish stylized 3D weapon models, hard-surface commercialization production norms, and collaborating with technical artists on material system development for elements like metal, jade, and fur. The role also involves debugging materials and textures in the engine, ensuring high-quality asset performance, and managing the full outsourcing production process from requirement breakdown to quality control and cycle optimization.

2.负责准确理解原画设定，制定游戏内风格化3D武器、硬表面商业化制作和输出规范，并且能够协同TA完成材质体系开发（金属/玉石/毛发等）；
3.资源导入引擎进行材质与贴图调试，保障资产在引擎中高质高效运行；
4.管理外包生产全流程，包括需求拆解、质量控制及优化整体制作周期。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Participate in game development, feature and resource creation and follow-up. Ensure project resources are implemented according to specifications with unified style, and ultimately imported into the engine to run smoothly with optimal quality.
- Accurately understand original artwork settings, formulate stylized 3D weapons in the game, hard-surface commercialization production and output specifications, and collaborate with TA to complete material system development (metal/jade/fur, etc.).
