📋 Job Overview
The Senior 3D Action Designer for Valorant Mobile at Tencent is responsible for creating in-game and out-of-game animations, including weapon commercialization skin animations. 2.负责局内3C动作制作和优化；
3.负责外包规范的制定与发包反馈；
4.负责对接项目上下游，以及跨模块与策划，程序沟通需求；
5.负责归纳总结项目制作规范流程；
6.负责最内动画人才培养和梯队建设。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for producing in-game and out-of-game animations and weapon commercialization skin animations
- Responsible for in-game 3C action production and optimization
- Responsible for formulating outsourcing specifications and providing feedback on outsourcing
- Responsible for interfacing with upstream and downstream project teams, as well as communicating requirements with planners and programmers across modules
- Responsible for summarizing and establishing project production norms and processes
- Responsible for talent cultivation and team building in core animations

Salary
300,000 - 600,000 CNY / yearly
