3.优化游戏性能和内存，分析、定位并解决手游中的Bug、Crash等疑难问题；
4.协助美术和测试团队建立性能监控体系，制定标准和制作规范，完善并持续优化工具链，提高工作效率；
5.关注业界技术发展，进行前沿技术预研，努力将新技术应用于项目中并创造实际价值。

- Responsible for game performance optimization work, customizing and improving underlying engine functions based on requirements.
- Responsible for researching features of new Unity versions and secondary development, proposing business-side optimization solutions from an engine perspective.
- Optimize game performance and memory, analyze, locate, and resolve difficult issues such as Bugs and Crashes in mobile games.
- Assist art and testing teams in establishing performance monitoring systems, formulating standards and creating specifications, improving and continuously optimizing the toolchain to enhance work efficiency.
- Follow industry technology developments, conduct pre-research on cutting-edge technologies, strive to apply new technologies to projects and create actual value.
